The Rock Beat Raw series by Turkish Cymbals is the brilliant version of the Kurak series – and as such a series with a unique character: the fully raw, unlathed surface carries – unlike the original Kurak series – a special polish that gives the large, unmistakable hammer strikes a brilliant shimmer. This process is comparable to the Kurak approach, with one decisive difference: the added gloss. Heavier than the Rock Beat series, with more cut and more volume – these cymbals deliver a powerful, assertive sound with the raw texture of unlathed B20 bronze.

The Rock Beat Raw Hi-Hat in 14” and 15” is the ultimate hi-hat for pure power. The chick cuts like glass – direct, penetrating and with enormous air volume. Played closed it delivers a powerful, defined stick sound with maximum volume and projection. Played open a broad, powerful wash develops that dominates the mix. The 15” model offers even more volume and depth.
