14-Day Return Policy for Turkish Cymbals - Simple & Straightforward

We offer a 14-day return policy for all Turkish Cymbals. This means that after receiving your cymbal, you have 14 days to request a return.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the cymbal must be in the same condition as when you received it:

  • Unused and unplayed - no playing marks from sticks or mallets
  • No fingerprints or handprints on the cymbal surface
  • No scratches or other signs of use
  • In original packaging

How Does the Return Process Work?

Initiating a Return

Return Shipping Costs

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not provide free return labels.

Note: Cymbals sent back without prior notification cannot be accepted.

Damaged Cymbals & Claims

Immediate Inspection Upon Receipt

Please inspect your Turkish Cymbals upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@cymballand.de if:

  • The cymbal is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong cymbal

Exceptions - These Items Cannot Be Returned

Non-returnable cymbals:

  • Cymbals with playing marks or signs of use
  • Cymbals with fingerprints or handprints
  • Cymbals with scratches or other damage
  • Custom-made and personalized cymbals
  • Sale items and gift vouchers

Exchange of Turkish Cymbals

Exchange procedure:

  1. Return cymbal (at your own cost)
  2. After acceptance of the return, order new cymbal separately

EU Right of Withdrawal - 14 Days Without Giving Reasons

European Union - Extended Consumer Rights

When shipping to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your Turkish Cymbals order within 14 days without giving reasons.

Conditions:

  • Cymbal in original condition
  • Unplayed, without signs of use
  • With original labels and original packaging

Refund - Fast & Reliable

Refund Process:

  1. Notification: You will receive confirmation after inspection of your return
  2. Processing time: Refund within 10 business days
  3. Payment method: Automatic refund to original payment method

  • Return shipping costs will not be refunded
  • Bank processing may take additional time
