Turkish Cymbals 8" Splash

8-inch splashes are the fastest accent cymbals there are: lightning response, a bright tone and a very short decay. They place pinpoint splashes of color without covering the groove. Every splash at Cymballand is hand-hammered in Istanbul from pure B20 bronze (80% copper, 20% tin).

Series in this size

In 8 inches, the choice ranges from the brilliant Apex to the dry, raw Kurak and the punchy Rock Beat. The genre-crossing Sehzade, the dark Xanthos-Cast and the fusion-ready Ad Astra each add their own color to suit your style. You'll find more sizes in our splash cymbals overview.

What an 8-inch splash is made for

Thanks to the small diameter, an 8" speaks instantly and fades just as fast – ideal for quick accents, fill decorations and effect hits in pop, rock, funk and fusion. It always finds a spot, even on a crowded setup.
