Free shipping within Germany and the EU

Cymballand offers free shipping on all orders within Germany and to EU countries. Benefit from our fast and reliable shipping service at no extra cost.

  • Europe (outside the EU): €25 · 7–10 working days delivery time
  • International: €40 · 10–14 working days delivery time
  • Important note: No shipments are dispatched on Saturdays and Sundays

Customs and import duties (deliveries outside the EU)

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union – e.g. the USA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway – customs duties, import taxes and handling fees may be charged on import. These costs are not included in the purchase price or the shipping costs and are borne by the recipient. The amount of these charges depends on the regulations of the destination country. Please check with your local customs authority before placing your order.

Note for orders to the USA: Since 2025, even low-value shipments may be subject to import duties.

Special shipping conditions for high-value orders

Signature required for orders of €200 or more

Orders with a value of €200 or more require a personal signature on delivery. This security measure protects both you as a customer and us against the loss or theft of high-value shipments.

Important information about the signature requirement:

  • The signature option cannot be removed once the parcel has been shipped
  • If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order
  • After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to Cymballand

Alternative delivery options

In most cases, we can redirect your parcel to the nearest DHL branch if personal delivery is not possible.

Returns and refunds

Return conditions

In the event of a withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price including the original standard shipping costs. You bear the cost of the return shipment. Full details can be found in our Return Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

Important information in the event of unsuccessful delivery

Should a parcel requiring a signature be undeliverable after three delivery attempts and be returned to us, we will contact you to arrange either a new shipment or the cancellation of the order.
