  • Europe: 7–10 business days delivery time
  • USA and worldwide: 10–14 business days delivery time
  • Important note: No shipping on Saturdays and Sundays

Customs & Import Charges (Deliveries outside the EU)

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union – e.g. the USA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or Norway – customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply upon import. These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are payable by the recipient. The amount of these charges depends on the regulations of the destination country. Please check with your local customs authority before placing your order.

Note for orders to the USA: Since 2025, shipments of low value may also be subject to import charges.

Special Shipping Conditions for High-Value Orders

Signature Required for Orders Over €200

Orders valued at €200 or more require a personal signature upon delivery. This security measure protects both you as a customer and us from loss or theft of high-value shipments.

Important notes regarding signature requirement:

  • The signature option cannot be removed after shipping
  • If uncertain, please contact us before placing your order
  • After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Cymballand

In most cases, we can redirect your package to the nearest DHL branch if personal delivery is not possible.

For returns, we refund the item price minus the original shipping costs.

Important Note for Unsuccessful Delivery

Should a package with signature requirement not be successfully delivered after three delivery attempts, the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
