22-inch crash cymbals are the kings of the grand gesture: huge volume, a wide wash and a sustain that carries entire choruses. Played softly they work as a bright sound layer; hit full on, they explode into a wall of sound. Every cymbal at Cymballand is hand-hammered and lathed in Istanbul from pure B20 bronze (80% copper, 20% tin) – so every 22" carries its own sonic signature.
