The Classic series is the professional standard line from Turkish Cymbals – the manufacturer calls it its most versatile series, and our experience confirms it. With its balanced weight and the characteristic dents of hand hammering, it follows the tradition of dark, warm Istanbul cymbals. Every Classic cymbal is cast, hammered and lathed by hand in Istanbul from B20 bronze.
Versatile sound from deep and earthy to full and broad
The series’ sound ranges from deep, earthy and dark tones through full, warm and open sounds to bright, clear accents. The Thin models respond especially fast, the Dark models sound fuller and darker, and the china and effect cymbals bring colours of their own to your setup. That way, a single series covers many styles. If you love the traditional, warm tonal colour of the Classic cymbals, you’ll also find it in the Millennium series and the Vintage Soul series.
As the official Turkish Cymbals dealer in Germany, we have been advising you personally since 2015 – with genuine expertise and shipping directly from Berlin. Discover the Classic series in hand-hammered B20 bronze.

Hallo Simon,
Really dark, loud hihats, works good as secondary hats for blastbeats when set not too washy.
Thanks for the order, and for this genuinely useful feedback. Dark and loud with control over the wash is exactly the Kurak character, and hearing that it holds up for blastbeats as secondary hats is a great data point for anyone in that scene. Enjoy them!
