The Jazz Ride Light in 21" is the lighter version of the Jazz Ride – and thereby a cymbal with its own unmistakable character. The Thin construction provides a faster, more open response: the wash unfolds more freely than the Medium-Thin model, the stick sound is brighter and more direct. For drummers who prefer a more open, airier ride sound, the Jazz Ride Light is the right choice. The deep hammer strikes of the Jazz series are audible here too – they give the light sonic character organic depth and warmth absent in thinner, less heavily hammered cymbals. The bell is clear and bright with a direct bell tone.
