The Zephyros series by Turkish Cymbals is a series with an unmistakable character: the characteristic Terracotta Bronze Finish – a warm, reddish earth tone with wide, widely spaced lathe lines and a light gloss – gives these cymbals an organic, vintage-inspired appearance that immediately catches the eye. Sonically, the thin construction delivers a supremely dark, musical tone with subtle overtones, a dry, controlled wash and a woody stick definition. The unlathed bell delivers a characteristic, soft ping. Light, expressive and highly articulate – perfect for Jazz, Latin, Funk and Acoustic.

The Zephyros Ride in 21”, 22” and 24” delivers a dry, controlled wash and a woody stick definition without equal. The thin construction ensures a fast attack and a supremely dark, musical tone with subtle overtones. The unlathed bell delivers a characteristic, soft ping – present but never overbearing. Thanks to its crashable nature it is usable both as a classic ride and as a large, dark crash cymbal. The 21” model is more responsive, the 24” model delivers more depth and volume.
