At Turkish Cymbals, every Splash is made 100% by hand in Istanbul: cast from premium B20 bronze (80% copper, 20% tin), hand-hammered and lathed. The result is an immediate response with a clear attack and short decay.
From the bright accent to the dry effect
Our range covers the entire sonic spectrum – from bright, brilliant splashes for sparkling accents to dry, exotic models with a mini-China character. For warm, dry effects in jazz, funk and soul, the Kurak and Jazz series are ideal. For those seeking bright, assertive accents in rock and progressive, the Rock Beat and Xanthos-Cast series provide the right colour. For especially creative, trashy effects, the paper-thin models of the Bee series and the experimental sounds of the Soundscape series step in.
Size and build – what matters
Smaller splashes (from 6″) respond extremely fast and deliver high, short accents, while larger models offer a bit more body and volume. For special applications we also carry Sizzle Splashes with rivets, whose fine wash extends the accent, as well as quieter variants for the practice room and electronic setups.

Die Hi-Hats klingen wirklich sensationell gut, ich bin total begeistert.
Einen Stern Abzug gibt es wegen der unprofessionellen und unzureichenden Verpackung. Die Becken wurden ohne Polsterung einfach nur lieblos in einer Plastiktüte in einem viel zu großen Karton verschickt. Da beide Becken Sizzles haben, kamen die Becken entsprechend verkratzt an. So etwas darf einem Händler nicht passieren.

Aber zur Verpackung: Du hast absolut recht, und wir möchten uns dafür aufrichtig entschuldigen. Die Becken erreichen uns aus der Türkei leider oft in genau dieser Art verpackt, und wir haben sie in diesem Fall so weiterverschickt, wie sie bei uns ankamen. Das war ein Fehler, der uns nicht passieren darf – gerade bei Becken mit Sizzles ist eine ordentliche Polsterung absolut notwendig.
Wir werden künftig deutlich mehr Sorgfalt auf die Verpackung legen und sicherstellen, dass so etwas nicht noch einmal vorkommt.
