Turkish Cymbals FX Silence Series

The FX Silence series by Turkish Cymbals was developed specifically for situations that call for a low volume level and full control. Thanks to numerous holes in the B20 bronze, these cymbals are up to 50 % quieter than traditional cymbals, yet retain the typical response, articulation and playing feel of our regular series. Every cymbal is made by hand in Istanbul – a real bronze feel at reduced volume.

Reduced volume with an authentic playing feel

Despite their greatly reduced volume, the FX Silence cymbals deliver a precise response and clear definition. Their construction makes them excellent for stacking or combining with other cymbals, allowing powerful yet controlled playing. Anyone seeking acoustic cymbals with a traditional character will find them in the Classic series, while the FX series offers the same perforated approach at full volume.

With its low volume level, the FX Silence series is ideal for practice rooms, music lessons, small stages, electronic music and any environment with volume restrictions. The versatile series includes a Crash, a Hi-Hat, a Ride – also as a Ride Flat – and a Splash, all heavily dampened with an authentic sonic character. This lets you build a complete, quiet setup with a real bronze feel.
